Durability of Markings
This equipment is a testing machine designed for abrasion resistance tests and complies with MST05 of the IEC 61730 standard.
The abrasion resistance tester determines the abrasion resistance of a sample surface by abrading it with the following materials:
Eraser,
Artificial sweat,
Steel wool,
Alcohol.
This test measures the resistance of prints, labels, or markings on a product to external influences.

Various friction heads (such as cloth, rubber, or steel wool) can be applied.
The friction distance can be adjusted with a special adjustment mechanism.
The friction frequency and number of cycles can be preset using a button.
The friction force can be achieved by applying specific weights.
All test parameters can be displayed on the LCD screen, and the friction test can be conducted using PLC control according to predetermined parameters.
