The ZW-WLT is designed to evaluate the module's insulation in wet operating conditions and verify that moisture from rain, fog, dew, or melted snow does not penetrate the active areas of the module circuitry, creating corrosion, ground faults, or a safety risk. - Water temperature can be controlled by a heater and cooler.
- Resistance can be monitored with a conductivity sensor.
- It is equipped with an insulation tester, allowing voltage and leakage current tests to be performed on components.
- The test vessel is constructed of PMMA (acrylic), allowing the interior to be observed during testing.
- The aluminum alloy profile carrier is equipped with swivel casters with brakes at the bottom.
- The bottom contains a drain valve for easy cleaning.
