With the widespread use of solar energy, various problems arise in solar energy products.
Solar energy systems can easily be damaged by natural disasters such as hail during use.
This test device, designed in accordance with Article MQT17 of the IEC 61215 standard, can simulate hail impact in outdoor conditions.
In this test, hail is simulated with ice balls.

- The ice ball is launched vertically.
- The launch speed can be monitored with a velometer.
- The ice ball is launched using compressed air, and the pressure level can be adjusted.

- The launch point can be preset and controlled using infrared (IR) beams.
- Standard-compliant ice balls are produced using special molds.
- The module includes a reservoir at the bottom to collect waste ice balls (optional).
